What is jdtocv?
jdtocv is an AI-assisted résumé tailoring tool. Upload your base résumé and a job description, and get a tailored résumé, keyword analysis, and role alignment recommendations instantly.
How does pricing work?
jdtocv uses a prepaid quota system. Each résumé generation consumes 1 quota. Purchase quota packs starting at $2 for 1 generation, or get the best value at $30 for 30 generations ($1/gen). Quota never expires.
Is there a free tier?
New accounts receive a small starting quota to try the Service. You can also earn +1 free generation by completing our feedback form. After that, quota is purchased à la carte with no subscription required.

What is quota?
Quota is your allowance for résumé generations. If you have 10 quota, you can generate up to 10 tailored résumés. Your quota is a limit, not a countdown—purchased quota stays in your account until you use it.
What are the quota packs?
• Starter: $2 for 1 generation • Basic: $9 for 5 generations ($1.80/gen) • Standard: $16 for 10 generations ($1.60/gen) • Pro: $30 for 30 generations ($1.00/gen) — Best Value
How do I buy more quota?
Go to your Dashboard → Usage Statistics → "Top up quota", or visit /topup. Select a pack, complete secure checkout via Stripe, and your quota updates instantly.
Does quota expire?
No. Purchased quota remains in your account indefinitely. Use it whenever you need—no rush, no subscriptions.
Can I get free quota?
Yes! Complete the feedback form in your Dashboard to earn +1 free generation. We occasionally share bonus codes via email for active users.
Are purchases refundable?
Quota purchases are non-refundable as they are delivered instantly. If you experience a technical issue, contact support and we'll make it right.
Using the Service
What file formats are supported?
Upload résumés in PDF or DOCX format. Job descriptions can be pasted as plain text or uploaded as a document.
How accurate are the AI results?
Our AI is powerful but not perfect. Always review and edit generated résumés before submitting them. jdtocv does not guarantee employment outcomes.
Can I save or download my outputs?
Yes. After generation, you can preview, download as PDF, or copy the text. We recommend saving important outputs locally, as we do not store your generated résumés permanently.
How do I check my remaining quota?
Your Dashboard shows "Usage Statistics" with your total quota limit and how many generations you've used. Remaining = Quota − Used.
Privacy & Data
What happens to my uploaded files?
Files are processed temporarily to generate your tailored résumé and are not stored permanently. We never retain your raw résumé content after processing.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your uploads and generated outputs are used solely to deliver the Service. We do not use personal data for model training or share it with third parties.
Who can access my account?
Only you. All content is private to your authenticated session. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely; we never store your card details.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. After purchase, Stripe will email you a receipt. You can also view your purchase history in your Stripe Customer Portal.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. jdtocv never sees or stores your full card details.
Can I cancel a purchase?
Quota is delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, so purchases cannot be canceled. If you were charged in error, contact support immediately.
Troubleshooting
My quota didn't update after purchase.
Refresh your Dashboard. If it still shows the old value, wait up to 2 minutes for webhook sync. If the issue persists, contact support with your order receipt.
The AI output looks incorrect.
Try refining your job description text or uploading a cleaner résumé format. Remember: all AI outputs should be reviewed and edited before use.
I can't complete checkout.
Ensure your card details are correct and that your bank allows online transactions. Try a different card or contact your bank if declines persist.
My feedback bonus quota isn't showing.
After submitting feedback, refresh your Dashboard. The +1 quota is added automatically. If it doesn't appear within 5 minutes, contact support.

Will jdtocv add subscriptions later?
We may introduce subscription plans in the future, but quota packs will always remain available. Existing users will be notified of any major changes.
